Where are your products made?
We manufacture all of our products in the United States of America. We believe strongly in American made products and the jobs that we create.
Who qualifies to become an Ice Rescue Systems dealer?
We want dealers to come on board with a product line that they can be proud of. Anyone in the realm of public safety can apply for a dealership. We simply would require a specified amount that can be discussed by inquiring with us.
Do we offer geographically protected markets?
Ice Rescue Systems is here to work with you for the betterment of the first response personnel. We do offer protected markets. However, Ice Rescue Systems product MUST be sold within the market in which the dealer has negotiated.
Are there discounts for Agency orders?
YES! Ice Rescue Systems is here to work with you. We however will NOT supersede our dealer network. Our dealers have MAP pricing and are obligated to maintain a standard as our dealer.
How do you test your products?
Ice Rescue Systems is constantly testing and evaluating our products as well as other products. That is simply how we become better and the rescue community gets the best product at fair and reasonable prices.
