We ship to the United States and Canada Only!
Orders are generally shipped the next business day after we receive your order.
Orders received on Fridays, after 12 p.m. Mountain Time, or over the weekend, will process and ship on the following Monday.
We make every effort to ship UPS and UPS Overnight requested orders the same business day we receive them. However, orders must be received by 12 p.m. Mountain Time to ensure this service. We do NOT offer Saturday delivery on FedEx 2-Day or Overnight shipments. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please plan accordingly.
Note that holidays do not count as business days and we are closed for a fair amount of them. You will be notified of any backorders or stock outs.
We use and define our ship methods as follows:
Economy: UPS or USPS First Class Mail / 3-10 business day delivery
UPS Ground: 2-6 business day delivery
UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivers 3rd business day—orders must be received by 12pm Mountain Time for same day shipping. By request ONLY.
UPS Next Day Air: Delivers next business day—orders must be received by 12pm Mountain Time for same day shipping. By request ONLY.
Priority Mail: US Postal Service / 3–4 business day delivery
United States (Contiguous 48 states only, including APO/FPO)
Oversize ship charges apply and added to the ship charges above for the following products and ship methods.
United States (Alaska/Hawaii)
Orders to Alaska or Hawaii are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx 2-day air rates.
Canada Ship Rates and Policies
We do not offer free shipping to Canada regardless of order amount. All duties/brokerage fees are pre-paid by Ice Rescue Systems. Orders ship twice weekly from Grand Junction, CO. We require a specific street address for delivery, please include one on your order. We DO NOT offer air or expedited delivery service to Canada nor guarantee specific delivery dates, so please plan accordingly. Most orders deliver within 1-3 weeks. Tracking numbers don’t activate until shipment crosses the border.
Overseas Military (APO/FPO)
We do accept orders for shipment to overseas military (APO/FPO). Please note that shipping is via the US Post Office (USPS). We do NOT guarantee delivery times with this ship method, so plan accordingly. There is no free shipping available for this service.
